Five-year certification of the automatic fire sprinkler systems is required by the State of California and must be performed by licensed contractor with class C-16, fire protection engineering license. The certification is granted after the inspection, testing and maintenance were performed in accordance with NFPA 25 as amended by California Code of Regulations, Title-19. The fire sprinkler systems installed in in the property must be in compliance and perform as intended by their design and specifications.
